Eric Holder’s 3-page Reply:

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder sent his 3-page reply to the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.  You can read Holder’s reply by clicking here.

Being that I am not an attorney, much of what Holder says goes over my head.  Yet, in Holder’s words I detect him making the following claim:

“Sure, SCOTUS can overturn a federal law, declaring the law unconstitutional, but SCOTUS should give President Obama and congressional Democrats what they want anyway.”

Does anyone else detect such a message in Holder’s words? If that isn’t Holder’s message, then what is his message?

Translation: Barry is King and what he decree's is law!
