In Rasmussen’s latest tracking poll, Mitt Romney now leads President Obama by three-points, 47%-44%.

As Scott Rasmussen explains in the video below, despite the weeks-long assault on Mitt Romney by the Obama Campaign, more voters see Mitt Romney as “at least as ethical as the average politician” than do President Obama, 67%-60%.

In other words, it does not appear as yet that the “Romney is a felon” attack is succeeding at defining Mitt Romney.
